I know that I will be challenged in the areas of social policy and the world of paper. I have never had an inclination to following paper trails. This will be one of those areas for me where you accept what you love with what you may not like as much.
I love people. I am fascinated by people. I am enthralled by knowing what makes them tick. I have a soft spot in my heart and a championing for the underdog and the most vulnerable. I want to know a person's real story and their biography up until now and where they want it to continue. And I am especially passionate about walking along side of them in any support they need as they grow their own wings to fly. Or just get by the best they can at the moment.
The exact destination of my educational journey is still unfolding and I am certain that I will be pointed in the direction of where my strengths and a need collide. I'm hoping to learn how to bring my idealistic visions down to earth and put theory into practice. I have many strong passions and ideals that also include working with living purposefully and sustainably and in harmony with each other. I want to cooperate, but I don't want to compromise in my core values.
I'm learning to deal with the not so pleasant parts of the journey with a higher purpose in mind.
